Drop us an email anytime, and we typically respond within 1-2 business days (often sooner).

Please note this is our headquarters and development center. If you plan to visit in person, please arrange this with us in advance, as our facility is not open to walk-in visitors without an appointment. Phone: At this time, we primarily provide support via email and online channels. We do not list a public support phone number, as we've found we can usually assist more efficiently through written communication (which also provides a clear record of your issue). If a phone or video call is needed for support or sales inquiries, it can be arranged after an initial contact via email. Business Inquiries

Our business development or PR team will respond accordingly. If you are interested in reselling Pinewheel's services or integrating our capabilities into your platform, please provide details and we can set up a meeting to discuss.

Investors or press can also reach us via email. We'll route your inquiry to the appropriate department and ensure you get a prompt reply.

Hours of Operation

Our team operates primarily out of India (IST timezone) and we also have team members or partners in other regions. We generally respond to support queries Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST, excluding national holidays. If you contact us outside of our normal operating hours, we will get back to you on the next business day. For urgent issues (e.g., the service is down), we have engineers on-call to address them – so rest assured that critical service outages will be attended to promptly regardless of the hour.

Feedback and Improvement

Your feedback is extremely valuable to us. If you have suggestions for new features, or if you encounter any bugs or inconveniences while using Pinewheel, please let us know. We are continually working to improve our platform. Many of our best enhancements have come from user suggestions.
